Tantra: Rediscover Your Inner Forces and the Joy of Life

Tantra is a unique tool towards relaxing into who we are, embracing the life-force that flows through us rather than fixating on psychological issues.

What is the workshop about?

In this Tantra workshop, we delve into the powerful world of the Instinctive and Emotional Layers of our Energy System. This is a personal growth process that brings healing and reveals a wider understanding about sexuality, intimacy, relating, relationships and love. It deepens the capacity for love and creates a foundation for deeper respect for ourselves and others as human beings.

Tantra means Tools for Expansion. It is an energetic approach to life. This is different from the Western psychological approach, that usually is problem oriented. (It does not look at our story but teaches us to become sensitive to our energy system). By having a direct connection with our energy we have a more direct experience and subsequently we become less influenced by our story.

What You’ll Experience:

1. THE BODY, EROS and JOY

In Tantra the body is seen as a temple. It is through the body that we can become aware / conscious. It is in the body that we come into contact with our sensitivity and sensuality. Our senses are a doorway in. This is the bridge that connects us with the Source within. Tantra teaches us that the Inner Source of Joy is within s. Continuously, we look outside to feel complete, whole, fulfilled. This is what happens e.g. when we fall in love. When we directly experience that the source of Joy is within us, we can begin to move more freely and feel less dependent on someone outside and we can begin to build more mature love-relationships.

In the same way we are freer in sexuality, we come back to ourselves and begin to get out of the anxiety to perform or pretend. Furthermore – it is from these layers that we can connect with the authentic and unconditioned us. This gives us strength and connects us with the inner source of joy

2. Sexuality – Moving from performing to relaxation, becoming more meditative, in couples or alone. Enjoying more, with capacity to prolong, be present to ones own energy in stead of focusing on the other – shifting from being focused on orgasm to enjoying the journey

3. ‘Opening our hearts

– As our hearts open, we tap into the source of joy, **Eros**, the spark of life that flows within us, in nature, and all around us. This gives us the strength to meet the other not from a need-love space but from wholeness, where we naturally give love.

4: The energetical aspects from our unconscious- The Shadow – Recognise and dive into/explore the darker/hidden aspects of yourself—the shadow energy that is often projected onto others. Learn to embrace and integrate this shadow as a tool for growth and self-awareness.

Why Explore the Shadow? Acknowledging and understanding the shadow – the parts of ourselves we suppress or deny -empowers us to grow. By facing our projections and survival instincts, we can transform them into sources of strength and deeper connection.

5. Survival Strategies in Relationships: Understand your patterns in relating with partners, family, friends, and colleagues. Uncover the hidden strategies that drive your responses in challenging situations.

6. Diving into Instinctive and the Emotional Energy:

Explore the instinctive layers of energy that govern our primal responses: Red: Passion, anger, and life force. Black: Instinct, Strength, Fear, Survival, Joy, Eros. Dive into Experiential structures / exercises to a journey through these energies and understand their transformative power.

7. *Becoming Authentic :*

By diving into the Instinctive and Emotional layers, you’ll connect with your inner source of joy and strength. From this place of authenticity, life becomes playful, fulfilling, and we feel truly at home within ourselves.

8. **A Tantric Approach to Life:**

Gain clarity on what a tantric approach to life truly means and how to integrate it into your daily life. Shift from the typical problem-oriented mindset of the West to an **energetic approach** that fosters connection, expansion, and flow. Explore transformative meditative energy practices, including **Circulations** from Tibetan Buddhist Tantra, to support your growth and inner balance.

9. **Exploration in a Safe, Respectful Space based on meditation:**

This workshop is designed as a **safe and protected environment** for personal exploration. All exercises are done individually, within oneself—there is no nudity involved. You’ll be supported in getting in touch with who you truly are, free from judgment or external expectations. Share and connect with others in a safe space to better understand your patterns and projections. This work is profoundly based on meditation
