Harisharan

I hold a degree in psychology from the universities of Umeå and Stockholm, Sweden. I worked as a psychologist for a number of years and as a coach in group dynamics. I have co-led groups in the Osho Risk Essence Training and also assisted in four separate trainings in the same program. Before coming to Osho Risk I was leading seminars in Group Dynamics. There I used my experience from a long international career as a jazz musician, combined with my knowledge from psychology and sociology. The work was done mostly with departements of big corporations like Banks, Telia and Skanska. Also for groups of the Swedish Health Care System in the areas of maternity care and dental care. I also held seminares for smaller private companies. 

At Osho Risk I have been coaching participants in our volunteer program, supporting them in deepening their meditation plus some essence work. 

My sannyas journey began 1978 in Poona 1 where I became a resident in 1980. In 1985 I lived in Rajneeshpuram and worked there as a bus driver. What I will share in this group is my lived experiences in meditation and from my rich and exciting life . 

Besides what is mentioned above I once worked as a crew member on a big cargo ship going between Scandinavia and the American west coast. I have toured as a musician for four years all over USA and Canada. I also worked as a taxi driver in Boston, USA. After living abroad 12 years (in Germany, India, Denmark and USA) Shortly after returning to Sweden 1988, I was offered a position as a teacher at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm. I taught there for 25 years, the last 10 years as associate professor. I find that teaching music is very close to teaching meditation.
