Monthly​ Mindfulness Meditation
Evening Class with Anju Bente Ravn

We invite you to join us for an evening of Mindfulness Meditation, one Thursday each month.  You are welcome if you are new to this meditation or experienced in it, and also if you would just like to enjoy sharing a guided meditation, with fellow meditators.

Each month Anju will facilitate the classic Mindfulness Meditation, inspired by Jon Kabat-Zin also known as MBSR Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, with presence and awareness.  Through guided Mindfulness Meditations, you will quiet your mind, open your heart and relax in your body, meeting yourself in a warm and loving way.

In Mindfulness you are guided from seven basic attitudes:
  • Trust
  • Total Acceptance
  • No judging
  • Letting go of resistance towards yourself, others & life
  • Patience
  • Openess
  • A beginner's mind
  • No striving for anything

​This enables you to cultivate and maintain your inherent qualities and resources, which are the same as these seven basic attitudes.
After the meditation, there will be time to enjoy a snack together.  There will also be an opportunity to learn more about Osho Active Meditations and Osho Risk.

Dates & Time

Once a month on a Thursday evening ​​from 19.00 - 21.15,  
​in Kabir Meditation Room on the following dates:

7 September
5 October
2 November
7 December

Price & Payment

Price:  150 Dkr (each evening)
Payment on arrival by cash or mobile pay

Participants can book in advance or just drop in, but if you know you are coming, it would be helpful to let us know too.

About Anju

Anju is an MBSR educated Mindfulness teacher and is studying to be a Mindfulness Master Coach.  She leads Life Energy and Mindfulness Meditation Groups in Aarhus and Jylland.  She has been a Manuvision Bodywork Therapist since 2008 and gives personal sessions in Hawaiian energy massage and therapeutic massage.  She is a graduate of the Osho Therapy Training and the Heart of Presence Training and has also trained in Gestault Therapy.  She was a social worker with Family Therapy for 12 years previously.  She is a wonderful dancer and lover of 5 Rythmns, the spiritual movement meditation that she dances every week.

Anju has lived in the Osho Buddhafield for several years and regularly participates in daily meditations.  Her love for meditation helps her to stay present and aware, centered in her own energy, allowing her to hold beautiful meditation space for others.
