About AnjuAnju is an MBSR educated Mindfulness teacher and is studying to be a Mindfulness Master Coach. She leads Life Energy and Mindfulness Meditation Groups in Aarhus and Jylland. She has been a Manuvision Bodywork Therapist since 2008 and gives personal sessions in Hawaiian energy massage and therapeutic massage. She is a graduate of the Osho Therapy Training and the Heart of Presence Training and has also trained in Gestault Therapy. She was a social worker with Family Therapy for 12 years previously. She is a wonderful dancer and lover of 5 Rythmns, the spiritual movement meditation that she dances every week.
Anju has lived in the Osho Buddhafield for several years and regularly participates in daily meditations. Her love for meditation helps her to stay present and aware, centered in her own energy, allowing her to hold beautiful meditation space for others. |
