From an early age, Tara sensed there was more to life and longed to understand it. Growing up, she often felt different and faced challenges such as social insecurity, low self-esteem, and periods of depression. At several points, psychotherapy became a lifeline offering guidance and insight.
Feeling that nothing matters more than our inner world, Tara chose to study Psychology, to understand the human psyche and help others find emotional balance. Her own therapeutic experiences became invaluable, allowing her to connect with genuine empathy and equality.
Over time, she felt drawn beyond mind-focused psychology. She trained in EMDR and explored body-oriented practices like haptotherapy, bio-energetics, and Biodanza, discovering the healing power of movement and connection. A growing pull toward meditation and living from the moment led her to train in Mindfulness.
A major turning point came in 2008 when she met Pan, a mystic and a disciple of Osho. Following her heart’s call to discover her true self, she joined the spiritual community around him, living there for more than ten years in an intense, meditation-based communal process that shaped her profoundly. It was there that she first encountered Tibetan Pulsing, an energy bodywork that resonated deeply. She later completed the training (« Intensive ») and loves sharing this art.
Since 2012, Tara has guided sessions, workshops, and retreats internationally, offering a space that gently invites participants into their natural state of loving presence and relaxed aliveness.
