Jan Redsted

Jan is a certified 5Rhythms teacher (Waves, Heartbeat and Mirrors level). He met the practice in 1998 and has been teaching internationally since 2005.

He holds a Diploma in Psychiatry and is a certified provider of Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy from the Integrative Psychiatry Institute (Boulder, USA). Studies in Humanistic Health Sciences at Aarhus University and works professionally in social psychiatry.

Jan has taught at Osho Risk Meditation Center several times and feels deeply connected to the place and its community.
