By gently bringing awareness to the heart and its innate qualities, we cultivate it as a resource for safety, resilience, and inner guidance.

1. Tantra Massage – Building Love in the Body

This is a warm and nurturing experience that gently guides you on a journey of deep relaxation, creating space and fostering a profound connection with your body. Through different kind of touches, we explore the body, awakening sensations that may have been quietly resting beneath the surface, allowing them to be felt, acknowledged, and embraced. This soothing experience allows you to gently release tension and feel more alive and in tune with yourself.

This is a warm, nurturing experience that guides you on a journey of deep relaxation and connection with your body. The massage alternates with a more soft touch and a grounding touch, bringing a sense of comfort and warmth, helping you to feel more connected to your own energy and body. This soothing experience allows you to gently release tension and feel more alive and in tune with yourself.

2. Somatic Work 

Somatic work offers a trauma-informed and compassionate approach to healing that recognizes the body as a vital source of wisdom. Trauma and shock are often held in the nervous system, shaping our responses long after the original experience has passed.

In these sessions, we gently explore how trauma manifests in the body, how it affects the nervous system, and how to recognize signals of activation or overwhelm. Through simple, embodied practices, the body is supported in finding safety, regulation, and balance again — allowing healing to arise naturally, without force or re-traumatization.

3. Focusing

If you are experiencing a specific issue you would like to explore — such as difficult emotions, emotional pain, physical discomfort, or inner tension — this offering provides a focused and supportive space.

Gently turning attention toward the inner atmosphere connected to the issue, we explore the feelings, emotions, and bodily sensations that are present. This conscious presence can support the integration of what is being felt, allowing understanding, softening, and transformation to emerge naturally. The process invites greater clarity, relief, and a deeper sense of wholeness.

4. Open Session

The Open Session is an intuitive and responsive combination of all the offerings above. It is guided by what is present in the moment and by what is most needed for you now. Rather than following a structure, the session unfolds organically, listening to the body, the nervous system, the emotional field, and the energetic layer. 

Touch, somatic awareness, energetic sensing, and inner process work may naturally weave together, creating a supportive experience tailored to your current state. This approach honors the body’s innate intelligence and supports integration, regulation, and deeper self-awareness — allowing healing and insight to arise in a natural and embodied way.
