Tantra Life Style

The Tantra Lifestyle is an inclusive, sensuous way of living that transforms everyday experience into a sacred, joyful celebration of life by embracing all aspects of existence through awareness, the senses, and the harmony of masculine and feminine energies.

What is the workshop about?

This is a workshop for people who wish to live their lives in a beautiful, sensuous, Tantric way.

The Tantra Lifestyle restores Tantra to its rightful place—within life itself. It transforms our everyday reality into something magical and mysterious.

It makes use of what we usually consider ordinary and take for granted—such as our bodily sensations and our senses—as stepping stones towards the Absolute, the Divine. It turns the mundane into something essential and sacred.

Tantra has ancient roots, yet it is always contemporary. It cannot grow old, because it centres on a love affair with ourselves. Within this relationship, our bodies may change and our emotions may come and go, but the witnessing remains constant—eternally young and fresh.

The Tantra Lifestyle embraces life in both its depth and its expansiveness, turning it into a celebration. Pleasure, joy, sorrow and pain are all part of living this way. It makes no distinction between good and bad, or between what is accepted and what is rejected; instead, it embraces life in its entirety.

It draws upon the fundamental polarity of masculine and feminine energies as the spice—the vitality—of life. It is an open invitation to anyone who wishes to come: young or old, conventionally attractive or not, to celebrate themselves.

When we keep our senses alive, we remain in constant contact with life—we smell it, taste it, hear it and see it. There is no need to compensate for any lack of this connection through ever-increasing material consumption.

It is a simple way of living, and one that could not be more abundant.

Join a heart-centered community with 35 years of retreat experience

Since 1986, we have been devoted to personal transformation by creating a nourishing space where you feel safe and loved for who you are.

Osho Risk is a not for profit retreat centre, maintained by a community of people living onsite and nearby. We value our own growth and inner maturity and enjoy sharing this with our guests. Our focus is on awareness, inner silence and joy.

Single rooms

We have single rooms available in the newest building at Risk called Rumi House. You will have your own private space and share bathroom with others.

Shared rooms

We also have shared rooms for 2 up to 10 people. Each shared room have personal spaces for each guest. We always try to take care of the quality of your sleep, accommodating guests with similar needs in the same room.

Organic cuisine with gluten and dairy free options

Attuned with the cycles of nature, our meals are prepared with ingredients of each season. We aim to use mainly organic food grown by local farmers. All the eggs we use are provided by the neighbour’s free range chickens.

Our cooks care and understand the dietary needs of our guests and it is important that you communicate if you have any requirement, such as allergies or restrictions. Please let us know in advance so that the kitchen can be prepared.
