and join us on April...
Embraced by Osho’s wisdom, Osho Neo Vipassana offers a refreshing alternative to traditional Vipassana practice. Over ten days of introspection, this approach preserves the essence of mindfulness while introducing a softer, more nurturing experience. During the retreat, you will gently explore your inner world, cultivate acceptance, develop peace of mind, and reconnect with your authentic self.
The Essence of Vipassana
Vipassana is a simple yet powerful technique for developing awareness by observing your natural breath as it flows in and out. By watching the breath, your inner awareness—your “witness”—grows strong enough to observe everything: your body, your thoughts, and your emotions.
When you become aware of your mind, its constant chatter begins to quiet. When you listen to your body, you can hear its voice and wisdom. When you tune into your feelings, you begin to understand their deeper messages.
At its core, Vipassana is not only about what you gain, but also about what you release. You may let go of anxiety, tension, and worry as you move through this transformative journey.
A Gentle Schedule and support by Osho Active Meditations.
Osho Neo Vipassana honors the core principles of traditional practice while offering a more balanced and supportive timetable, creating a harmonious blend of mindfulness and ease.
Osho Active Meditations—such as Dynamic and Kundalini—as well as the Evening Meeting, are integral parts of the retreat. These practices provide active support for emotional exploration, offering a compassionate space to process and release what arises. If anger, sorrow, or other challenging emotions surface, these meditations help you work through them in a healthy and embodied way.
Accessible to Everyone
Whether you are new to meditation or looking for a different experience, this retreat welcomes all levels. The facilitators, Sumito and Hari Om, hold a safe and loving space and are available to support you through any challenges that may arise.

Like you are hold in a nourishing space, from where you dare to dive inside and see whatever you meet there. During the days there will be Dynamic, Kundalini and Evening Meditation, beside the sittings.

Osho Risk is a not for profit retreat centre, maintained by a community of people living onsite and nearby. We value our own growth and inner maturity and enjoy sharing this with our guests. Our focus is on awareness, inner silence and joy.
We have single rooms available in the newest building at Risk called Rumi House. You will have your own private space and share bathroom with others.
We also have shared rooms for 2 up to 10 people. Each shared room have personal spaces for each guest. We always try to take care of the quality of your sleep, accommodating guests with similar needs in the same room.
Attuned with the cycles of nature, our meals are prepared with ingredients of each season. We aim to use mainly organic food grown by local farmers. All the eggs we use are provided by the neighbour’s free range chickens.
Our cooks care and understand the dietary needs of our guests and it is important that you communicate if you have any requirement, such as allergies or restrictions. Please let us know in advance so that the kitchen can be prepared.
