"For me, the FC Training was a very rich experience, and is still unfolding within me. It gave me not only an intellectual understanding of the dynamics of family systems, but also countless deep embodied experiences of this. I found that learning took place in me at so many levels, when we were doing my own constellations and also while I was witnessing or participating in other constellations. I gained a a new perspective on myself and my family, seeing old family issues as less personal.
In my work life I feel supported by the training in the way that I sit in my own chair as a mindfulness coach and in the way that I interact with my clients. I see my task as to hold the space for my clients and to listen to them from the heart. The more spacious perspective of not taking things so personally is helpful for me in this, because it allows me to create a more open and neutral space for my clients. Of course, this is beautifully contagious, so that they, in turn, will begin to feel more compassionate and loving towards themselves and thus regain connection with themselves and find the clarity that they long for. I also learned about the importance of taking things slowly, letting them unfold and complete with the least possible interference on the part of the facilitator. This slowness and the trusting of the process are integral parts of how I hold the space for my clients to explore whatever come for."
We had a stunning demonstration of male power and grace when two beautiful men from the Osho Therapy Training took Sannyas last week with Nishant. Mitta did a Sufi Whirling meditation as part of the celebration and the silence afterwards was incredible. Thank you Osho!
Thanks to our good friend Om who made this amazing video with drone footage of Risk during the Summer Festival. And to all the wonderful participants, facilitators and workers who came - thank you for creating such a fantastic festival, we loved having you here!

The participants explored their own personal boundaries and learnt a whole toolbox of new counselling skills - and the sun came out!! The next Osho Therapy Training starts in October 2018 and will include new sections and new therapists - find out more about it here.
