Join us this spring for a relaxing four day Yoga and Wellness Retreat where you will use yoga and body movement, breath, mindfulness and meditation, sound, gong and singing bowls to reach the deepest of relaxation and the highest of energy.
Everything at a level where everyone can participate so you don´t need any experience (but if you do it´s also great).
Veetamo will use techniques from Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Mindful Yoga and Medi Yoga to relax and refresh your body. You will also have a chance to enjoy a 'gong bath'. A 'gong bath' or gong sound meditation is one of the most soothing, holistic and rejuvenating vibration ancient tools and gives a sound massage for both the body and mind.
You will leave this retreat with a sense of well-being, refreshed and ready to go back into out into your life.
Veetamo Kari Lyngmo
Veetamo is a highly skilled yoga teacher, therapist and trainer. She gives retreats and training around the world and has developed several trainings including programmes for yoga for cancer, trauma and other disorders. She has always had a passion for bodywork and using the body in a therapeutic way. She is a nurse with specialty in psychiatry and an experienced therapist. She is also a wonderful Gong Master.
